I was very satisfied with Robbins products and service and price. Jacob gave me a bid price that was competitive beforehand, and stuck to that price after installation. I needed replacement of a 10-year old type, an internal tube type of spring, which couldn't every really handle the heavy insulated wide doors. Jacob measured for replacement springs beforehand and then showed up on his forecasted timeframe, and got the work done promptly within one afternoon, having replaced all three doors' springs. I definitely recommend Robbins'.
